S jedne strane priti\u0161\u0107e nas dinamika poslovanja,<br>ambiciozni ciljevi i promjene na tr\u017ei\u0161tu, a s druge strane sve glasnija o\u010dekivanja od strane zaposlenika, promjene u dinamici timova, nove generacije i njihove potrebe i pitanje anga\u017eiranosti.<br>&nbsp;<br>Program Modus 2.0 nastao je kao odgovor na rastu\u0107e potrebe organizacija za novim pristupom razvoju liderskih vje\u0161tina, integriraju\u0107i dugogodi\u0161nje iskustvo u vo\u0111enju, upravljanju ljudima i poslovnim ciljevima s ekspertizom u ljudskim resursima, komunikaciji i menad\u017ementu. Polaznici razvijaju klju\u010dne liderske kompetencije kroz prakti\u010dan fokus na komunikaciju, odnose, rje\u0161avanje izazova, inicijativu i uskla\u0111ivanje timskih i organizacijskih ciljeva, u\u010de\u0107i kako se nositi s brzim promjenama i motivirati svoj tim.<br>Program se sastoji <strong>4 modula<\/strong> (cjelodnevne radionice), interaktivan je i ispunjen prakti\u010dnim zadacima i aktivnostima.
