No, ne i mi!\u00a0\u00a0<br>Karla\u00a0Bla\u017eekovi\u0107,\u00a0predstavnica Gen Z \u2013 a odr\u017eivog dijela H&amp;P tima,\u00a0objasnila je kako se jednad\u017eba\u00a0uspjeha promijenila:<br><br>\u201eVi\u0161e odgovornosti, prekovremeni\u00a0sati i mukotrpan rad\u00a0nisu garancija da \u0107emo\u00a0jednog dana mo\u0107i kupiti stan, ostvariti osnovne uvjete za stvaranje obitelji, priu\u0161titi si pokoje putovanje, zdrav \u017eivot i uravnote\u017eenu prehranu. Otvoreni smo za u\u010denje i usavr\u0161avanje, strasni smo oko onoga \u0161to radimo, direktno komuniciramo i tehnologiju imamo u malom prstu.\u00a0Volim\u00a0izazove i osje\u0107aj da se razvijam\u00a0i napredujem, tako da u\u017eivam u brzini i dinami\u010dnosti na\u0161eg posla. Na faksu u inozemstvu sam nau\u010dila koliko\u00a0je va\u017ena\u00a0snala\u017eljivost, autenti\u010dnost\u00a0i sposobnost da se istakne\u0161 i izbori\u0161 za sebe.\u00a0Smatram da\u00a0nemamo\u00a0\u0161to izgubiti ako nastavimo\u00a0inzistirati na pobolj\u0161anju radnih uvjeta i \u017eivotne ravnote\u017ee kako bismo se ostvarili kao osobe, ali i zaposlenici\u201c.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u010cak 75&nbsp;% pripadnika na\u0161e generacije&nbsp;(PwC,&nbsp;2023.)&nbsp;izjavilo je da bi odbilo unapre\u0111enje ili povi\u0161icu ako bi to zna\u010dilo ve\u0107i stres i naru\u0161avanje zdravlja. Umjesto traganja\u00a0isklju\u010divo\u00a0za korporativnim karijerama, stvaramo\u00a0nove\u00a0kriterije\u00a0uspjeha \u2013 \u017eelimo\u00a0raditi da bismo\u00a0\u017eivjeli,\u00a0ne obrnuto.\u00a0\u00a0<br>Sustav upravljanja\u00a0i pogleda na radno okru\u017eenje\u00a0smo\u00a0promijenili\u00a0iz korijena, a na\u0161a kolegica\u00a0s dva imena, Mara\u00a0Nika Ladika,\u00a0isti\u010de kako su po\u0161tovanje i dijeljenje vrijednosti\u00a0te\u00a0briga\u00a0za zaposlenike\u00a0recept win\u00a0\u2013 win\u00a0odnosa:<br><br>\u201eOdrasla sam u obitelji gdje se uvijek brinulo o okoli\u0161u, od malih sam nogu razvrstavala otpad i jednostavno voljela prirodu, \u0161to je ujedno i navigiralo\u00a0moj poslovni put. Ne bih mogla raditi u kompaniji koja se ne zala\u017ee za vrijednosti poput brige za okoli\u0161, ne po\u0161tuje razli\u010ditosti i svoje zaposlenike te nije otvorena za inovacije. Intenzivna globalizacija svela nas\u00a0je na jedno globalno selo, a granice su\u00a0se rasplinule i, uz trud, malo hrabrosti i poznavanje stranih jezika,\u00a0mo\u017eemo raditi s drugog kraja svijeta.\u00a0To nam otvara\u00a0brojne mogu\u0107nosti, a poslodavci se ipak moraju malo vi\u0161e potruditi i prilagoditi uvjete rada kako bi nas privukli\u00a0i zadr\u017eali.
