U takvom kontekstu, organizacije koje svjesno, planski i strate\u0161ki, ula\u017eu u suradnju stvaraju otpornije, inovativnije i odr\u017eivije sustave. No \u0161to kad organizacije zanemare prilike za povezivanje, ne ula\u017eu u izgradnju odnosa, ne znaju kako u\u010dinkovito sura\u0111ivati ili jednostavno podcjenjuju stvarne vrijednosti koju suradnja mo\u017ee donijeti? Tada dolazi do pojave koju nazivam <em>suradni\u010dkim otpadom*<\/em>. On je nevidljiv, o njemu ne razmi\u0161ljamo, ali mo\u017ee imati stvarni negativni u\u010dinak na organizacije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-image aligncenter uagb-block-d9279fc9 wp-block-uagb-image--layout-default wp-block-uagb-image--effect-static wp-block-uagb-image--align-center\"><figure class=\"wp-block-uagb-image__figure\"><img decoding=\"async\" srcset=\"https:\/\/spring-shift.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/3-1-1024x576.png ,https:\/\/spring-shift.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/3-1.png 780w, https:\/\/spring-shift.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/3-1.png 360w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 480px) 150px\" src=\"https:\/\/spring-shift.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/3-1-1024x576.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"uag-image-2805\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" title=\"ples \u010dvoraka\" loading=\"lazy\" role=\"img\"\/><figcaption class=\"uagb-image-caption\">(1) \u010cvorci su poznati po svojoj brzoj i u\u010dinkovitoj komunikaciji koja im osigurava brzu prilagodbu u uvjetima nesigurnosti. <\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"11\" height=\"10\" src=\"https:\/\/spring-shift.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/bullet_red.png\" alt=\"\"><br>Sve \u0161to smo kao zajednice postigli, bilo dobro ili lo\u0161e, rezultat je zajedni\u010dkog djelovanja. Suradnja se odvija u prostoru odnosa gdje se susre\u0107u razli\u010ditosti, znanja, iskustva, vrijednosti, ali i strahovi i slabosti. Taj prostor mo\u017ee biti prostran i otvoren te omogu\u0107iti slobodnu interakciju mi\u0161ljenja i ideja, ali i sku\u010den i ograni\u010den te gu\u0161iti potencijal odnosa i kreativnosti. Kad je prostor suradnje ograni\u010den do te mjere da organizacije ne uspijevaju iskoristiti odnose koje imaju na raspolaganju, nastaje <em>suradni\u010dki otpad<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U organizacijama \u010desto postoji vi\u0161ak znanja, iskustva, ideja i stru\u010dnosti koji ostaju neiskori\u0161teni zbog nedostatka povezanosti izme\u0111u \u010dlanova timova, odjela, partnera u lancu vrijednosti, pa \u010dak i konkurencije. Ovaj nevidljivi otpad posebno je \u0161tetan kada se suo\u010davamo s kompleksnim problemima poput klimatske krize, gubitka bioraznolikosti, sukoba ili migracija, koji zahtijevaju nove oblike suradnje, izvan okvira tradicionalnih hijerarhija i granica organizacija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:var(--ast-global-color-8)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-4-color\">Bez obzira na to radi li se o izoliranim odjelima, neiskori\u0161tenim idejama ili propu\u0161tenim prilikama za partnerstvo, suradni\u010dki otpad ograni\u010dava sposobnost rje\u0161avanja problema, smanjuje inovacijski potencijal i naru\u0161ava u\u010dinkovitost organizacije. Bez povezanosti me\u0111u pojedincima i timovima ne dolazi do razmjene misli i ideja \u010dime se gubi potencijal lateralnog razmi\u0161ljanja. Neiskori\u0161ten potencijal suradnje zna\u010di propu\u0161tanje prilika koje bi mogle unaprijediti poslovanje ili rije\u0161iti probleme na nove na\u010dine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Smanjena anga\u017eiranost zaposlenika<\/strong><br>Zaposlenici koji se osje\u0107aju izolirano ili nemaju priliku aktivno doprinijeti \u0161irim ciljevima organizacije mogu izgubiti motivaciju. To mo\u017ee smanjiti njihovo zadovoljstvo i produktivnost te utjecati na fluktuaciju zaposlenika (<a href=\"https:\/\/news.stanford.edu\/stories\/2024\/02\/8-things-expect-gen-z-coworker\">posebice onih mla\u0111ih<\/a>). Ne \u017eelite izgubiti radnu snagu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Neu\u010dinkoviti procesi<\/strong><br>Kada ne postoji u\u010dinkovito upravljanje suradni\u010dkim procesima timovi \u010desto dupliciraju napore ili djeluju u suprotnim smjerovima. Takvi neuskla\u0111eni procesi ne samo da tro\u0161e vrijeme i resurse, ve\u0107 i usporavaju postizanje ciljeva. U vremenu hiperdestabiliziraju\u0107e klime rizika i sve zahtjevnijih regulatornih zahtjeva, suradnja postaje izrazito va\u017ena posebice izvan granica poduze\u0107a. Du\u017e lanca vrijednosti, suradnja izme\u0111u dobavlja\u010da, partnera i kupaca, zajednica i stru\u010dnjaka, osigurava bolje razumijevanje utjecaja organizacija na okoli\u0161 i ljude te olak\u0161ava provedbu odr\u017eivih praksi. Uz to, va\u017eno je prepoznati i potencijal suradnje me\u0111u konkurentskim poduze\u0107ima, posebno u sektorima gdje zajedni\u010dki napori mogu zna\u010dajno smanjiti \u0161tetne u\u010dinke na okoli\u0161 i dru\u0161tvo te ubrzati transformaciju prema kru\u017enim poslovnim modelima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sljede\u0107i put kada se suo\u010dite s izazovom, zapitajte se: koristimo li puni potencijal na\u0161ih odnosa?<br>Ako ne, vrijeme je da se posvetite osiguravanju prostora za suradnju te da suradni\u010dki otpad pretvorite u vrijedan resurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list has-ast-global-color-6-background-color has-background\">\n<li><strong>Upoznajte svoje ljude<\/strong><br>Znate li zaista koga imate u timu i koje super mo\u0107i donose va\u0161i zaposlenici? Kreativnih genijalaca je vrlo malo, no ni oni ne operiraju izolirano. Za u\u010dinkovitu i uspje\u0161nu suradnju potrebno je puno vi\u0161e sastojaka i razumijevanja na koji na\u010din te sastojke najbolje kombinirati.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Uklonite silose<\/strong><br>O tome se \u010desto govori, ali \u010dini se da je te\u0161ko to provesti. Potaknite me\u0111usektorsku suradnju kroz zajedni\u010dke ciljeve i projekte koji zahtijevaju doprinos razli\u010ditih timova. Organizirajte redovite sastanke, radionice ili zajedni\u010dke aktivnosti koje povezuju ljude iz razli\u010ditih odjela.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Stvorite sigurno okru\u017eenje<\/strong><br>Psiholo\u0161ka sigurnost klju\u010dna je za uspje\u0161ne timove. Stvorite okru\u017eenja u kojima se zaposlenici osje\u0107aju sigurno postavljati pitanja, dijeliti ideje i grije\u0161iti bez straha od osude. Izgradnja kulture povjerenja \u010dini zna\u010dajnu razliku.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ula\u017eite u alate za suradnju<\/strong><br>Ponekad je potrebno vi\u0161e od zajedni\u010dkog stola i sastanka. Postoje mnoge metode i alati kojima premostiti fizi\u010dke i psiholo\u0161ke udaljenosti me\u0111u \u010dlanovima tima. Iskoristite ih.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ja\u010dajte odnose u lancu vrijednosti<\/strong><br>Gradite kontinuirane odnose u lancu vrijednosti kako biste stvorili uvjete za prepoznavanje i hvatanje vrijednosti te pokretanje zajedni\u010dkih projekata. Suradnja s dionicima mo\u017ee donijeti zna\u010dajnu strate\u0161ku prednost.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mjerite i nagradite suradnju<\/strong><br>U organizacijama je uobi\u010dajeno mjeriti individualnu u\u010dinkovitost, no taj pristup je nepotpun i mo\u017ee zavarati. Ignorira se \u010dinjenica da je uspjeh uvijek rezultat odnosa, konteksta i zajednice.
