Na globalnoj razini anga\u017eirano je tek 21% zaposlenika. U Europi, ta brojka je jo\u0161 ni\u017ea i iznosi 13%, dok se Hrvatska nalazi na samom dnu s tek 8% anga\u017eiranih zaposlenika.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-image uagb-block-8037c2c7 wp-block-uagb-image--layout-default wp-block-uagb-image--effect-static wp-block-uagb-image--align-none\"><figure class=\"wp-block-uagb-image__figure\"><img decoding=\"async\" srcset=\"https:\/\/spring-shift.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/yulia-matvienko-kgz9vsP5JCU-unsplash-1024x683.jpg ,https:\/\/spring-shift.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/yulia-matvienko-kgz9vsP5JCU-unsplash-scaled.jpg 780w, https:\/\/spring-shift.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/yulia-matvienko-kgz9vsP5JCU-unsplash-scaled.jpg 360w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 480px) 150px\" src=\"https:\/\/spring-shift.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/yulia-matvienko-kgz9vsP5JCU-unsplash-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"uag-image-3054\" width=\"1024\" height=\"724\" title=\"yulia-matvienko-kgz9vsP5JCU-unsplash\" loading=\"lazy\" role=\"img\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada govorimo o anga\u017eiranosti zaposlenika, pogled \u010desto usmjeravamo prema liderima.<br>Oni su ti koji svakodnevno utje\u010du na to koliko \u0107e njihovi ljudi biti uklju\u010deni, motivirani i posve\u0107eni svom radu. <br>Da bi u toj ulozi bili \u0161to uspje\u0161niji, \u0161aljemo ih na edukacije, opremamo alatima, tehnikama i znanjima \u2013 i svejedno, rezultati \u010desto izostanu.<br>Ne zato \u0161to lideri nisu sposobni, ve\u0107 zato \u0161to im \u010desto nedostaje ono najosnovnije:<strong> prostor u kojem smiju biti iskreni i svoji.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mogu li re\u0107i: <em>&#8220;Ne znam&#8221;<\/em> \u2013 kad stvarno ne znaju?<br>Mogu li tra\u017eiti poja\u0161njenje, pitati za pomo\u0107, priznati da im je previ\u0161e?<br><strong>U\u010dimo li ih da pri tom ne\u0107e izgubiti autoritet \u2013 ve\u0107 \u0107e izgraditi povjerenje?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Autenti\u010dni lider&#8221; danas je postao buzzword.<br>Ali \u0161to to zapravo zna\u010di\u2026<br>\u2026u kulturi u kojoj se od lidera o\u010dekuje da sve zna?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zna biznis.<br>Zna s ljudima.<br>Zna dati feedback.<br>Zna motivirati.<br>Zna postaviti ciljeve.<br>Zna prevesti strategiju.<br>Zna biti uvijek dostupan.<br>Zna ostati miran kad gori.<br>Zna.
